Hi Doctor, I am 25 years/Male having medical history of Enteric Hepatitis, Enteric Perforation(Post Resection Anstomosis-2010)- as summerized on my medical report/discharge summary. Now I have diagnosed with Cholelithiasis measuring 7.1 mm gallstone during USG. Blood test shows Monocytes count 1%(lab normal range 2-10), Eosinophils 0%(Lab Normal Range 1-6%), M.C.V. 81.4 fl(Lab Normal Range 83-101), S. Bilirubin Total 1.9 mg/dL (Lab Normal Range upto 1.2). I sometime feel pain in lower left part of chest. No pain in right parts of chest. What are the consideration that I have to make based on above reports?

In this young age gall stone means you have to focus on your diet and habits.you have to reduce fatty food, oily food like fried items,non veg and egg white only you can take.daily exercise for 30 min is required.you have to avoid smoking and alcohol completely.yoga with meditation helps you a lot.regarding gallstone initially with these measures you can go for medication under gastro enterologist guidance and later surgery.
